1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the Club 99 platform and its members. Club 99 (club99.life) is a provider of online gaming and betting services.

2 Membership & Registration

To create an account on club 99, you must complete the registration form with accurate information. Opening an account with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Registration Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each person may operate one account only.
• The name, address, and phone number provided at registration must be accurate.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.

Account Information Update

If your phone number, email address, or physical address changes, please notify our support team immediately and update your profile. Club 99 will not be held responsible for any transaction issues arising from outdated information. Your email address is the primary channel for account communication, so it should be kept active and checked regularly.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

Club 99 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. All members are required to complete identity verification. Withdrawal access may be restricted until KYC verification is complete.

Required Documents

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (within the last 3 months) for address verification.
• A selfie photo of the member holding their NID.

Submitted documents are typically verified within 24–48 hours, and a confirmation email will be sent once the process is complete. Submitting false or altered documents will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action.

4 Financial Transactions

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Instant deposits are available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
• If a deposit fails, the amount will be refunded within 24 hours.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdraw

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 12–24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Club 99 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

5 Betting Rules

There are a few important rules all members must follow when betting on Club 99. These rules apply equally to everyone, and no exceptions will be made.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Odds may change before a match begins — the odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, Club 99's decision on the matter will be final.
• Club 99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If you lose connection during live betting, the last confirmed bet will remain valid.
• If match-fixing or manipulation is suspected, the relevant bet will be voided and the account will be subject to investigation.

Payouts

Winnings are credited to your wallet immediately after the match result is confirmed. For lottery, prizes are awarded instantly once the draw is complete. Maximum payout limits may apply in accordance with Club 99's Terms and Conditions and may vary by VIP tier.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Club 99 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which members are required to follow.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (typically 20x to 30x).

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the club 99 platform. Any violation of these Terms & Conditions will result in immediate action.

• Multiple Accounts: Holding more than one account per person is strictly prohibited.
• Identity Fraud: Operating an account using another person's identity, name, or information.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder funds from illegal sources through the platform.
• System Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software or bots for betting or gaming.
• Collusion: Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraudulent Claims: Claiming a payout on a bet that was not won.

If any of the above activities are proven, Club 99 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, forfeit deposited funds, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Club 99 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Account inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Changes to Terms & Contact
